Ms. Samreen Durrani
Operations Manager

Ms. Samreen Durrani is our Operations Manager with an education background in Economics and four years of experience in operations. She started her own eatery at the age of 24, established goodwill in the food industry and sustained it for three years in the COVID struck economy. Along with the professional experience, Ms Samreen also has an understanding of digital market trends, client management and has excellent people skills.
As the operations manager at the startup business bureau her aim to incorporate the dos and don’ts that she learned over her four years of experience in operations. It is her job to act as a liaison between the team and the CEO by developing an effective communication channel. Multi tasking with persistence and patience is the key aspect of her role. Ms Samreen’s extensive experience in operations allows her to maximize the efficiency of our in house resources by ensuring smooth running of day to day operations.

Key Account Manager

Ms Syyeda Izza Naqvi is our Key Account Manager with an education background in Project Management and two years of experience in Management. She started her career as a Project coordinator in 2020. Along with the professional experience, Ms Izza also has an understanding of digital market trends, team management, client management and has excellent people skills.
As the Key Account Manager at the Startup Business Bureau her aim to incorporate the do’s and don’ts that she learned over her two years of experience in management. It is her job to deal with clients and manage her team. She act as a liaison between the team and the CEO by developing an effective communication channel. Multi tasking with persistence and patience is the key aspect of her role. Ms Syyeda Izza Naqvi experience in management allows her to maximize the efficiency of our in house and outsource resources by ensuring smooth running of day to day operations.
